The US Embassy in Skopje awarded Director Natasha Popović a Certificate of Achievement for her outstanding efforts and collaboration in promoting American art and culture in the Republic of North Macedonia. This high honor has been approved with the seal of the State Department in Washington.
Augusta Filbin, the American Cultural Attaché in Macedonia, stated that the award is given as a token of gratitude for the long-standing cooperation with the American Embassy, enhancement of cultural ties, and successful promotion of American culture in the Republic of North Macedonia.
Expressing her gratitude to the American Embassy and Ambassador Angela Price Aggeler, Popović said that such awards significantly contribute to the development of the high cultural values for which the “Ohrid Summer” festival is known.
“I express immense gratitude to the Cultural Attaché of the American Embassy, to Ambassador Angela Aggeler for this high recognition, which I share with my team and my colleagues with whom we are successfully realizing another festival edition,” said Popović.
