The purchase of the ticket is subject to these Rules and Regulations.

Event tickets

One ticket is valid for one person.

Tickets for the events organized by the NI “Ohrid Summer” Ohrid, are valid on the day of the event.
Buyers will not be entitled to a refund or replacement for an unused event ticket.
If you lose your ticket, it cannot be replaced with a new one. Visitors should keep their tickets from being lost or damaged as well as misused. Only the database for the sold tickets that the NI “Ohrid Summer” has, is valid.
Any misuse of tickets is punishable by law.

Stores and payment methods

Tickets for the events organized by the NI “Ohrid Summer” Ohrid, can be purchased at the ticket offices of the NI “Ohrid Summer”: ticket office in the main office and ticket office on the Bay “Macedonia”.
On the day of the event, tickets can also be purchased at the front desk.
When purchasing tickets, the buyer is obliged to check whether the event, date, time, location, seat and price are correct. The buyer should immediately report any ticket errors to the seller.
The purchase of tickets at the points of sale of the NI “Ohrid Summer” can be done:
– in cash,
– with payment credit and debit cards (acceptance of all VISA / MasterCard / Maestro cards).
Legal entities can order tickets by paying a pro-invoice.
The turnover for the realization of the artistic program for the Ohrid Summer Festival in 2023 is exempt from VAT (Article 23, item 8 item 8-a of the Law on Value Added Tax).

Ticket reservations

Ticket reservations are possible only by email: tickets@ohridskoleto.com.mk or phone number +389 72 318 557. You must leave your details. You will receive a confirmation of the reservation on your email or phone number.
Your reservation will be valid for a certain period of time, until the date of the events for which the tickets are reserved no later than 15:00.

Cancel, postpone, change of event

For canceled events by the organizer the buyers will be refunded the amount they paid for the purchase of the ticket.
NI “Ohrid Summer” reserves the right to change the program of the performers, locations and scheduled start times. In case of bad weather conditions if the event is held at a reserve location and / or time, the postponement of the event will be announced no later than the day of the event on www.ohridskoleto.com.mk. If the postponed event date is not in line with the buyer’s activities, the tickets will be replaced with tickets for another event or the buyer will be refunded the amount they paid to purchase the ticket.
Refunds will be made from the point of sale where the tickets were purchased, with prior attachment of proof of purchase (printed ticket and fiscal invoice).

Rules of conduct during events

Due to the smooth running of the event, the NI “Ohrid Summer” reserves the right to ban entry after the start of the event. It is recommended to arrive half an hour before the start of the event. If the visitor is late and submits the ticket after the official date announced for the start of the event, and the event has already started, the organizer may not allow that person to enter the event hall. Also, in case of any delay, even if the entrance to the hall is allowed – the person is not guaranteed that the ticket that is numbered with a seat (block, row and place) is free and it can already be filled by another visitor.
It is strictly forbidden to bring in animals, objects that can serve as missiles or weapons, pyrotechnics, poisonous, explosive or flammable substances, bottles and alcoholic beverages. Visitors are prohibited from entering items that impose political messages, or that contain commercial or marketing marks that violate the obligations of third parties.
Smoking is not allowed in the auditoriums.
Audiences should turn off cell phones or other sound devices that may interfere with performance and refrain from loud comments during events;
In the church “St. Sophia”, as well as in all religious temples, the code of conduct and dress must be observed.
Each visitor to the event assumes the responsibility to comply with the designated Rules and Regulations. Entry can be denied to anyone who does not comply with the general conditions and violates law and order. Persons will be removed without the right to a ticket refund.

NI “Ohrid Summer” will process personal data in accordance with applicable legislation on personal data protection.
