Irem Büşra Bayır – mezzo soprano

Irem is professional member of Istanbul Sate Opera. With her impressive stage energy and powerful interpretation, İrem Büşra Bayır is one of the indispensable members of the ensemble. With her wide vocal range and emotional performances, she carries the listener into the depths of the works.

Şeniz Erdinç- soprano

Coming from the elegant world of opera, Şeniz Erdinç fascinates the audience with his stage charisma and technical mastery. She is especially known for his impressive performances in dramatic and lyrical works.

Artür Bağdasaroğlu-baritone

With his deep, full and powerful baritone voice, Artür Bağdasaroğlu carries the emotional intensity of the group to the peak. He demonstrates superior success both in the Western classical music repertoire, Armenian classiacal music and in Turkish works.

Berk Özbek-tenor

With his soft, bright and impressive voice, Berk Özbek represents the tenor voice of the group in the best way. He makes the listeners experience unforgettable moments with both his technical mastery and his warm attitude on stage.

Alper Akgül-piano

Pianist Alper Akgül, who plays an important role in conveying the soul of the music to the listener, is the cornerstone of REY ENSEMBLE. With his masterful interpretation and the depth he brings to the works, he perfectly complements the ensemble’s dynamic performance. He is professor of piano in Marmara University.

The Rey ensemble has a very special repertoire that combines classical music’s universal richness and the depths of Turkish musical culture. The ensemble performs a wide range of works from great Western composers such as Mozart, Beethoven and Schubert to the pioneers of Turkish classical music. The ensemble is rooted in the member’s belief in the unifying effect of music on society.
