Concert of Japanese-Croatian artist Tomohiro Adachi in Ohrid
Organized by the National Institution “Ohrid Summer” on Saturday, September 14, at 20:00 in the church “St. Sophia” in Ohrid, Japanese-Croatian pianist Tomohiro Adachi will have a concert.
Tomohiro Adaci graduated from the Academy of Music at the University of Zagreb, Croatia in 2007. Although as young artist, he has a rich international career in Europe, Australia, and in East Asia. He has won many awards at the Seattle International Music Competition, the Johannes Brahms International Music Competition, the Camilo Togi International Piano Competition, the Anton Rubinstein International Piano Competition, and the Roma International Piano Competition. ..
Adachi is the founder of the Japanese-Croatian Music Society in Tokyo and its president, organizing numerous concerts with top musicians from all over Japan and abroad, always with the aim of introducing Croatian melodies and Croatian culture to Japan.
As a top musician, he performs the melodies of Croatian composers Dora Pejacevic, Bozidar Kuntz, Boris Papandopoulo, Ivo Josipovic, Franco Parac and others.
NI “Ohrid Summer” say that this year continues the practice, classical music concerts to be held not only in the standard festival term, from July 12 to August 20, but also throughout the year, in order to enrich the cultural offer in the city and state, but also to present extremely good artists from the world of classical music.
