Art exhibition of the great painter Stefan Hadzi-Nikolov opened in the House of Robevci
As part of the additional program of the Ohrid Summer Festival, an exhibition of paintings by Stefan Hadzi-Nikolov was held last night.
It is about This will be the 77th solo exhibition of Hadzi-Nikolov and the eighth in Ohrid, with which the painter marks the thirty-year presence of the Ohrid art scene. 40 paintings from three creative cycles of the author are presented: the sights of Ohrid, works with a figurative theme and images from the cycle “Landscapes of the Soul”.
-I am satisfied with the opening of my solo exhibition at this evening’s event, which has attracted great interest among visitors and lovers of fine arts. The great interest, above all, is due to the motives from Ohrid and the sights of the city, but after a long time in Ohrid, I set up the figurative themes, says the author of this artistic setting.
The exhibition of the great painter Stefan Hadzi-Nikolov, organized by the “Ohrid Summer” in cooperation with the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments and the Museum from Ohrid, will be available to Art lovers at the Robevci House until July 31st.
Stefan Hadzi-Nikolov is the winner of 16 awards including the state award “23 October” for long-term achievements for the Republic of Northern Macedonia in the field of culture and art, as well as the “13th November” award of the City of Skopje for many years of high achievements in the field of painting.
Artist Hadzi-Nikolov was born in Skopje, 1955. Pedagogical Academy – a group of artistic upbringing finished in 1975 in Skopje. He is a member of the Association of Fine Artists since 1984.
